The staff were very helpful whenever we needed information or directions.
It would have been nice to have hotel pick-up for the tours we went on.

Easy to go to the city center, very good facilities, appropriate for its hotel rating
Parking should be free or at least discounted if you're booked in the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Tee and coffee at our disposal in room. The staff has been always really helpful and nice. We were travelling with a child and they gave us a welcome present for her. I'd definitely stay here again if i came back to Munich.

Moderately priced hotel in a good location walking distance from the city centre. The area is also well seviced by underground trains, etc. The hotel was clean and all the staff we spoke to were polite and spoke excellent English. The room was a good size and all the fixtures and fittings of good quality. If you're looking for a good quality hotel at a price that isn't wallet busting this is great. The hotel also had a gym with about 3 running macines, a rowing machine and stari climbers plus a small multigym. The pool is small and there is also a sauna and steam room.

All in all, it's well priced place that has very efficient and responsive staff at the reception desk. The location is convenient and perfect in a very nice area, just off train station in mainline as well as the town center. Don't forget to visit nearby Rosi - Kaffeehaus und Bar, they have best coffee ever.

The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a shopping area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, tram, Deutsches Museum and the S-banhof stop Rosenheimer Strasse. Had silent and practical room with double bed, coffee and bathroom, and protected with smoke detectors😀

The location offers a quiet atmosphere close to public transport and restaurants, a significant plus. Rooms are clean but on the smaller side for family stays, with an odd layout separating the toilet from the bathroom. Despite the negative aspects, the varied breakfast options and the availability of good air conditioning were nice.

Everything is more or less ok.
The room is quite small. wc and Bath are separate. very long time of tv channels switching. Receptionists didn't say "Good morning" were talking each other.

Probably location and breakfast are the only advantages of the hotel.
I would describe the living zone of the hotel as a labyrinth with long corridors and plenty of rooms. The rooms themselves are very heavily used and their cleanness leave much to be desired, I could not go barefoot in the room. Bathroom and toilet are in different places, which is not very convenient. From the outside the hotel looks like a hostel but not a 4* Hotel of a reputable international chain. There are a lot of strange people roaming about the hotel, especially during night time, so I had to go out to check the children in the next room.

The hotel is just a short walk from places like the awesome Gasteig concert hall and the fascinating Deutsches Museum. Our teenagers loved the video game consoles in the lobby, and the swimming pool was a hit for the whole family. Everything felt bright and clean!
My wife says that the adjoining rooms we requested were not provided. The Wi-Fi was also frustrating, not secure and a hassle to connect to.
